As the Founder and CEO of Avila Equity Company, he has navigated various facets of the industry, including operations, construction, underwriting, acquisitions, dispositions, and financing.
Antonio's track record speaks volumes about his expertise and proficiency. He has spearheaded a transformative strategy, successfully acquiring and revitalizing 15 million square feet of Class A and B office buildings across diverse sub-markets. Through astute decision-making, market analysis, and effective execution, he has consistently delivered outstanding results. Antonio's underwriting transactional due diligence on over 75 assets, totaling more than 20 million square feet and amounting to $5 billion in transaction value, showcases his meticulous approach to evaluating financial projections, assessing market trends, and identifying risks and opportunities.
A true strategist, Antonio has worked closely with brokers and lenders to strategically refinance assets, optimizing capital structures and unlocking additional value for his clients. His hands-on involvement in all strategic asset acquisitions and dispositions has enabled him to negotiate favorable terms and drive successful outcomes. Rocio M. Avila
Chief Interior Designer & Stager
With over 20 years of experience in the fashion design industry, Rocio brings a unique perspective and a keen eye for aesthetics to her role.
In 2015, Rocio founded Lucia Rocio, where she showcased her exceptional fashion design skills. Over the years, she has styled and custom-designed clothing for NBA, NFL, and MLB clients, earning recognition from renowned publications such as Slam Magazine, More Than Stats, and GQ Sports. Rocio's talent for fashion design has also been acknowledged in the realm of celebrity styling, with her clients consistently being featured as top-dressed individuals at various events. Notably, one of her NBA clients was recognized as one of the Top 10 Best Dressed by Esquire at the ESPYS red carpet. Rocio's work was highlighted on SportsNet, where she and her client were featured alongside a Los Angeles Dodger's player, showcasing their custom design looks.
Beyond fashion design, Rocio's passion for visual improvement and connecting with people led her to serve as the Area Manager for VareCo, a private investment firm with properties in Denver, CO, and Des Moines, IA. In this role, she oversaw a portfolio of over $27.5 million in commercial real estate, consisting of more than 300 units statewide. Rocio's creativity flourished as she rebranded multiple multi-unit complexes through visual storytelling, incorporating new logos, marketing signage, and digital presence enhancements. Collaborating closely with partners, she played an integral role in designing new units, single-family homes, and a boutique hotel featuring 35 rooms. Rocio curated designs tailored to specific target audiences and skillfully staged units across all properties.

With a remarkable career spanning 17 years in the industry, Rene brings extensive knowledge and expertise to his role, overseeing and managing construction projects with precision and excellence.
Throughout his career, Rene has successfully funded and supervised all aspects of construction for numerous flips, each presenting unique challenges and opportunities. These projects have taken place in various locations throughout Southern California.
Rene's meticulous attention to detail and comprehensive understanding of the construction process ensure that every aspect of a project is executed flawlessly, resulting in exceptional outcomes.
In addition to his expertise in construction management, Rene has also played a significant role in overseeing electrical work, particularly in the realm of celebrity homes. Renowned figures such as Johnny Depp, Justin Bieber, Selena Gomez, Brad Pitt, Denise Richards, Derek Fisher, Natalie Portman, and Hugh Laurie have benefited from Rene's skill and expertise in delivering high-quality electrical installations.
